Some stuff is available at /files and /mirrors. You can also use ftp or rsync to access them. ("rsync z80.guru::")
Due to storage space constraints most of the mirrors (in fact all but one) were removed and the unpacked HVSC archives also haven't been available since forever. Hopefully this will change in the near future!
