Custom modules for EaglePlayer and DeliTracker.

Notes:

1. This music runs at 60 Hz (NTSC speed), if you like 50 Hz (PAL speed)
   version you must change 735 byte of module from $06 to $05.
2. This module uses the audio device and so wont work on DeliPlayer for the PC.
